Get some brown rice and boil it, while in another pan add peas, chopped garlic and chopped mushrooms then sautéed in olive oil. When rice is done add the mixture together then mix in parmesan cheese and more olive oil and grilled chicken breast. Enjoy!!!!!
Alternate leg up… Use a two foot platform. Step up with one leg then step down, then repeat with the opposite leg. Continue for 20 minutes. Hold extra weight cradles in arms for more resistance. This is an excellent combination for cardio work and leg strength.
